Join Sarah and Lotsie for a magical Mayan jungle destination playcation
Disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, learn more about how to heal yourself and unlock your optimal physical, emotional, and spiritual health, and of course, play! A week of yoga, AcroYoga, and Thai massage through the lens of 5-element theory (Chinese medicine) and the guidance of the Toltec/I Ching traditions, this retreat will send you home with valuable tools to continue your journey on the path to finding your happiest and healthiest self.
Participants will receive a personalized 5-element consultation with Sarah to understand your elemental constitution and a one-on-one Toltec I Ching reading with Lotsie. Walking distance from refreshing cenotes and tucked deep enough in the jungle to fully power off from the modern world, you will truly have the opportunity to listen and feel, and to be recharged from an incredible experience.
