Join Charlene Lite as she takes you on a whole body immersion on the shores of Lake Atitlan, Guatamala, at Villa Sumaya, an eco-chic wellness center surrounded by three volcanoes and the splendid beauty of twelve Mayan villages. During a week-long escape, you will transform yourself with two daily vinyasa-based yoga classes, nourish your body with delicious, home cooked meals, visit and explore enchanting local villages, experience the rich Mayan culture during a Fire Ceremony led by a local Shaman, spend a day on a paddle kayak and hike to San Marcos, and receive a one-hour spa treatment of your choice, as well as experience ample time to rest, relax, and rejuvenate! 

About Charlene: Originally from Los Angeles, Charlene moved to New York City in 2005 to follow her dream of becoming a successful recording artist. After years of feeling unfulfilled, she shifted her focus to yoga, and now teaches full-time at various yoga studios and gyms, including New York Sports Club, Crunch, NBC, David Barton Gym, and Equinox. In 2013, Charlene developed monthly themed-yoga workshops, combining her passions of music and yoga. Her unique blend of compassion and humor, and a sweet live music serenade, create a truly memorable yoga experience. She is also a personal wellness coach, focusing on How to Live a Life You Love, and a documentary filmmaker working on The Dream Diaries, the story about her personal, transformational journey. Charlene brings a vibrant and inspiring personality to everything she does and aims to create a challenging yet safe environment with emphasis on alignment, breath, and self-discovery.Don't miss out!
