Yoga and Healthy Cooking Retreat with Colleen Lila and Cassandra Purdy in Ibiza, Spain

An extraordinary week-long retreat focused on mindful yoga, conscious cooking, and medicinal herbal preparations on the island of Ibiza, in the heavenly Balearic Islands

Discover the hidden gems of Ibiza - secret beaches, orange and carob groves, and mountain views of the exquisite turquoise water of the Mediterranean. A beautiful villa will be the home base for daily yoga, cooking classes, and wellness activities.

Retreat highlights include an evening of yoga on Moon Beach with a live sitar and tabla player, sunrise meditation sessions in the orchard at the villa, hikes in the countryside to secret beaches, an evening in the historic fort city, a private trunk sale of unique ethnic clothing, an empowering drum circle and sacred fire, and quiet time in our own sauna. Participants will learn herbal preparations, Ayurvedic lifestyle techniques, and daily cooking lessons for detoxifying and energizing recipes.

Part of Gaia Weaving is the idea of knitting together our inner and outer world, putting a cohesive sense of philosophy and lifestyle into practice.
